OBJECTIVE

Objective

Physical Wellbeing

To understand about city life which compromises our physical movements, our sight which was meant to look at faraway mountains is stuck on a phone screen or the 4 walls of an office cubicle. The idea is to bring awareness to our body through the skills one acquires and use it for the curation of the sessions.

Mental Wellbeing

Through experiential learning, one is involved completely in the present, forgetting about the past and future. This is a powerful tool for a healthy lifestyle.

Emotional Wellbeing

To embrace emotions and understand the gradients rather than judging it as good or bad. To be acceptable and empathetic towards oneself and eventually towards others.

cREATIVE
wellbeing

To kindle interactive and creative process-based learning. This is also a great tool for those working in any creative field to break free from the creative blockages and open up new possibilities for new ideas.

Through the deeper understanding of our body and its enhancement, our goal is to bring a transformative experience that questions the social construct. And bring human beings to co-exist in nature.

Community
Building

With our non-verbal sessions, we bring new aspects to human relationships. This also creates a non-judgmental, empathetic, and understanding space for all the people involved.
